Today, we want to pass on some of our tips to enjoy your #bestmomentoftheday in a Jacuzzi hot tub. There’s no greater feeling that slipping into your hot tub after a long day so make the most of it with these little pointers…..

Adjust the temperature to around 36°-37° and immerse yourself in absolute pleasure. The feeling is bliss, fatigue drains away, the body surrenders to relaxation and the mind is cleared of the days stress.

The ideal length of the hydromassage session is 15 to 20 minutes.

After the first 5 to 10 minutes: you will feel revitalised, less stressed, your muscles will be more toned and you will experience that general feeling of well-being.

One thing to always keep in mind is the higher the temperature, the less time your hot tub bathing should last. Before your hydromassage, at least once a month you should also scrub your body to cleanse the skin and free it from dead cells.

Of course, the most important rule to follow is to listen to your own body – it may be that you need more or less time to really get that feeling of hydromassage and relaxation.
